At Tara Usapang Kape, our journey started not just with a love for coffee but with a deeper purpose: building connections over every brew. As a financial institute agent, I quickly learned that the most meaningful conversations happened over a warm cup of coffee. Inviting clients to local coffee shops became my go-to ritual—a way to foster relationships and share ideas in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

Fueled by my passion for coffee, my colleagues encouraged me to turn this love for brewing into something bigger. What started with me making coffee for my colleagues and clients at work using a manual V60 coffee filter soon became a personal mission. Equipped with my trusted water boiler, V60, and a selection of cups, sugar, and creamers, I transformed ordinary meetings into memorable coffee experiences. However, when I could no longer sell coffee at work, I knew I had to continue pursuing this passion beyond the office walls.

With just 5,000 pesos and a dream, we started a small coffee cart in a parking lot. It was a humble beginning, but every brew told a story, every cup sparked a conversation, and every sip created a moment of connection. Though we faced many challenges, those obstacles only strengthened our determination and deepened our commitment to serving high-quality, handcrafted coffee.

Today, Tara Usapang Kape is more than just a business—it’s a thriving community. Built on shared stories, laughter, and the simple joy of a cup of coffee, we have grown from our small beginnings while staying true to our mission: connecting people through coffee. We take pride in offering a space where conversations flow as smoothly as our brews.
